Release notes
Atomize ships through Figma Community, and the plugin manifest carries no store version. Each entry below groups the changes that landed together β the milestones you can see in the plugin today.
The list runs newest first and covers the releases that changed what the plugin does, not every build.
Start with 0.5.0 for the eleven interface languages, or with 0.1.0 to see where the Primitives β Atoms model came from.
-
0.5.0
minorEleven interface languages, a selector in the toolbar, a remembered choice, and file identifiers that stay untouched.
- Plugin interface localized into 11 languages
- Language selector in the toolbar switches the UI without restarting Figma
- Your language choice is remembered between sessions
- Variable, collection and layer names are never translated
- Every tool β Scan & Create, audits and Find & Replace β uses the localized interface
-
0.4.0
minorSelecting a primitive now shows every atom that aliases it, and lets you repoint those references with a preview first.
- Pick a primitive and see every atom variable that aliases it
- Replace one reference or all of them at once with another primitive
- Filter candidate primitives by compatible variable type
- A step-by-step wizard shows a preview before anything changes
- Usage lookup stays responsive on large collections
-
0.3.0
minorA read-only typography inventory that groups text layers by family, weight and style and lists every size in use.
- Font Scanner groups every text layer by family, weight and style
- See each unique font size in use, so stray 14px / 15px stacks surface before handoff
- Scan the current page or the whole file, including pages you have not opened
- The scan button reports progress and stays disabled while a scan is running
-
0.2.0
majorThe plugin gains its audit suite and a dashboard built around it: contrast, untokenized values and coverage, all in one shell.
- A new dashboard with full-width tool cards and a persistent header, so every tool is one click away
- Contrast Audit checks WCAG 2.1 contrast for text and UI colors against token values
- Find Untokenized Values lists fills, opacity, padding, gap, radius and stroke without a bound variable
- Coverage Audit groups unbound properties by node and zooms to the layer when you click a row
- Settings moves into the same shell, with shared checkbox and export controls across tools
-
0.1.0
majorThe first build turns a scanned Figma file into a two-level variable system, with a preview before anything is written.
- Scan a selection or the whole page and extract colors, spacing, radii, shadows, gradients, opacity and typography
- Deduplicate values before creating variables, then rename and filter them in a preview
- Create a Primitives β Atoms hierarchy where Atoms alias Primitives instead of copying values
- Find every atom that references a primitive and replace it, one by one or all at once
- Filter replacement targets by compatible variable type
Every release is published in English and Spanish. The plugin itself is localized into 11 languages β see 0.5.0.
